The magic pill for weight loss

I have tried so many diet pills over the years and still do not have any weight loss. I am hoping to find the magic pill. So far all the diet pills I have tried have just made me jittery and still no weight loss. I am starting to believe that all diet pills are a waste of money and will never help with my weight loss. Does anyone really know if there is the magic pill that will help?
